Taco salad is a little high in salt but by using turkey or deer the fat is cut way down.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

16 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
2 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
1 head, medium (6" dia) Lettuce, Iceberg
1 small Onions
4 serving Salsa

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

Brown meat in skillet or use meat that has been browned and frozen, thaw it first.. Add Taco Seasoning per directions on package. Chop lettuce into 4 bowls. Add chopped raw onion and cheese to each bowl Add i/4 cooled meat to each bowl . Top with slsa. Have chips on the side .
