yummy and not too bad for you if you use light ranch and baked chips

Recipe Ingredients for taco salad

7 oz tortilla chips
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 90% lean
3 cups lettuce
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
16 ounces ranch dressing
2 cups black beans
2 cups shredded cheddar

Recipe Directions for taco salad

  1. brown beef and add chili powder and any other seasoning you like

  2. drain and cool

  3. crush chips, add all ingredients mix well.

  4. can top with guacomole or salsa if you like
