0.25 cup Black Beans
0.5 oz Unsalted Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 lime yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad (NYT)

  1. Toss together greens, chopped tomato, chopped red onion, black beans, corn kernel. Toss with crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese. Dress with olive oil and lime juice.
