2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 cups Shredded Lettuce
8 cherry Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

1 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
4 oz Flamin' Hot Flavored Corn Chips

Recipe Directions for Taco salad with fritos

brown meat, drain & add spice to your taste. In a bowl combine lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion and crushed fritos. pour meat on top & toss. Serve with avocado garnish. Can also add sour cream or salsa on top to taste.
