Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad - chicken

16 oz chicken, cooked and chopped
1 1/4 oz Original Taco Seasoning
2 cups spinach
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed
1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup cucumbers, diced
1/4 cup carrots, sliced thin
1/8 cup onions, minced
2 oz sliced olives
8 oz mozarella cheese
8 oz corn chips, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad - chicken

  1. Cook chicken, chop and return to pan. Add water and taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Reduce liquid at a simmer. Allow to cool.

  2. Mix lettuce, spinach, chopped vegetables, olives and chicken in salad bowl and serve with bowls of cheese and crumbled corn chips as garnish.
