Recipe Ingredients for Taco Rice

2 T Unsalted butter
1/5 medium onion
1 cup water
1 1/4 oz Taco Seasoning
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup Chunky Salsa

Recipe Directions for Taco Rice

  1. Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add onions. Cook until clear and tender.

  2. Add water and Taco Seasoning. Cook and stir until thickened and combined.

  3. Stir in rice and salsa. Cook until heated through.
