Bisciut dough with taco seasoned meat, cheese, and corn chips

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Pizza

1 pound ground beef, lean
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups biscuit mix, dry
1/2 cup water
3 oz. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. corn chips, crushed

Recipe Directions for Taco Pizza

  1. Cimbine biscuit mix and water. Mix.

  2. Form on a pizza pan leaving 1/2 inch edge.

  3. Prick bottom. Bake at 425 for 10 min.

  4. Cook meat. Add taco seasonings and tomato sauce.

  5. Spoon meat over crust. Top with cheese.

  6. Bake again 425 for 5 min. Top with crushed corn chips and serve. Optional topping lettuce and tomatoes.
