Recipe Ingredients for Taco Pie

16 oz Ground Beef
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 oz Home Originals Taco Seasoning Mix
2 oz Jalapeno Spread
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
3 large Egg, Whole
0.75 cup Bisquick Original
1 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Taco Pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease glass pie plate, 10 x 1.5". Cook ground beef and chopped onion in skillet over medium heat, stirring occassionally until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry). Spread in pie plate; top with jalapeno spead. Stir milk, eggs and baking mix with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 25 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8 to 10 mins longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 mins. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
