Quck and Easy, low fat, more sneaky veggies than you'd think. Serving size 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Pasta

12 oz Brown Rice Pasta
1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 3/4 cups Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 3/4 cups Organic Beans
1 tsp Bouillon
1 tbsp chili powder
1 large onion
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Taco Pasta

  1. Dice onion and garlic. Steam saute in a non-stick pan.

  2. Add remaining ingredients (including liquid from all three cans) and add enough water to just cover pasta.

  3. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
