Easy omlet using leftover taco meat

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Omlet - Basic

2 eggs
2 oz cheddar cheese
2 oz hamburger

Recipe Directions for Taco Omlet - Basic

  1. Heat pan under medium heat and spray with Pam when hot.

  2. Beat 2 eggs well and add to pan.

  3. When egg is almost firm (won't run when pan tilted) add taco meat and cheese to one side. Carefully flip over side to fold on top.

  4. Cook 1 minute, flip omlet and cook another minute.

  5. Serve hot.
