Taco meat made with beans, ground beef, and TVP

Recipe Ingredients for Taco meat

2.25 serving Sun Harvest Bulk Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
2 oz Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Onion, Mix, Dry
15 oz Beans
1 serving Carrots
32 oz Pinto Beans
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
4 serving Knorr Beef Bouillon cube
3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Taco meat

  1. Cook and drain 1lb raw beef (do not add seasoning; make sure beef is crumbled).

  2. In a pot, boil 2 cups water and add 1 envelope soup mix, 2 beef cubes (you might want to use just 1 beef cube to make sure it's not too salty), 1 (15 oz) can Ranch Beans (undrained), 2 (16 oz) cans pinto beans (drained), 1 (4 oz) container Gerber carrots, some cumin and black pepper, 1.5 cups water, the cooked beef, and a little over 1 cup textured vegetable protein (TVP). Stir.

  3. Let simmer for about ten minutes and serve.
