Recipe Ingredients for taco meat

1 lb ground beef
1 large sweet onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
15 oz tomatoes, diced
16 oz beans, chili
16 oz corn
16 oz beans, green
2 cups brown rice, minute
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for taco meat

  1. Brown meat with diced onion and garlic; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients, including all canning liquids; bring to boil. Add uncooked minute rice and stir well; cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.

  2. Serve over flour or corn tortillas
