Low cal, low fat taco meat receipe

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Meat

1/2 pound 96% lean ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 cup cilantro, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 tsp oregano, dried
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp olive oil
8 ounces Tomatoes Mexican Diced with Jalapenos Bell Peppers and Spices

Recipe Directions for Taco Meat

  1. Saute onions, add garlic and cilantro

  2. Add in ground beef and brown

  3. Once brown, add in remaining ingredients

  4. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
