Recipe Ingredients for taco meat

1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles

Recipe Directions for taco meat

Brown the ground beef. Add the vegetable and cook for 10 min. Serve in tortillas or over noodles or what ever you like.
