Recipe Ingredients for Taco Macaroni Salad

2 serving Elbow Macaroni
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
6 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
14 tbsp Sauce, LA VICTORIA, LA VICTORIA Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Medium
2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
40 chips White Corn Tortilla Chips

Recipe Directions for Taco Macaroni Salad

Cook elbow macaroni noodles for 12 min. Brown beef with onion and bell pepper til' brown and tender, add salsa. In 9 x 13 dish, layer torn lettuce, macaroni, chips meat mixture, and finish with cheese. You can also add diced tomatoes on top.
