Modified Kraft Macaroni and Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Macaroni and Cheese

140 g Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 large onion
2 large green bell peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
5 stalks, medium celery
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp taco seasoning
12 oz sliced black olives
1 3/4 cups black beans
1 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 1/2 cup hominy

Recipe Directions for Taco Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Start heating the water for the macaroni

  2. Dice celery, onion, garlic

  3. Open the cans of olives and corn

  4. Brown the beef in a pan

  5. Start the pasta when water is boiling, cook as directed

  6. Add garlic, onion, celery, and taco seasoning to the beef and stir well

  7. Add salt, pepper, corn and olives, stir again

  8. Drain macaroni and return to the pot, add olive oil and cheese powder, stir until consistent

  9. Add beef mixture and stir to combine
