Recipe Ingredients for taco lentils

1 pound lentils, cooked and drained
2 peppers, ancho
2 peppers, anaheim
1 pepper, jalapeno
1 onion, sauted chopped
2 teaspoons cumin, ground
1 tablespoon chili powder

Recipe Directions for taco lentils

  1. Fire roast chilis, steam, peel, seed and chop.

  2. Add to cooked lentils, onions and spices.

  3. freeze in ziplocks in thin layers. then break off needed amount when maiking tacos.
