Stir fry with taco flavor and greens!

Recipe Ingredients for Taco greens

5 cloves garlic
1 large onion
8 oz kale
1 cup cherry tomatoes
8 mushrooms
2 piece
2 tsp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Taco greens

  1. Saute garlic and onions in oil

  2. Add water

  3. Add kale (or other mixed greens) and let steam until almost cooked

  4. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and seasonings

  5. Mix together and cook it down

  6. Serve over rice or tortilla with or without beans
