2 jalapeno peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
28 ounces canned tomatoes
1 cup cilantro
1/4 cups basil
1 tsp salt

  1. brown meet and drain fat

  2. sautee onions and peppers and garlic

  3. add tomatoes and herbs and seasonings

  4. add meat back and simmer
