Recipe Ingredients for Taco filling

4 tsp dry mix Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
250 grams Mushrooms
400 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
300 grams Chicken Style Pieces - Chilled

Recipe Directions for Taco filling

  1. Heat mushrooms until there is enough moisture in the pan to add the quorn chicken-style pieces. Fry gently in mushroom juice until quorn and mushrooms have been gently sauteed. Then add one can of chopped tomato and the seasoning mix.

  2. Serve in taco shells or tortilla wraps with whatever extras you like. (I like to add things like lettuce, olives, tomatoes, beans, avacado, cheese, onions, spring onions, artichoke hearts, salsa, corn, etc.)
