This is great as a filler for Tacos or Taco Salads

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Filling

16 ounces ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2/3 cups water
1 1/4 ounces Taco Seasoning
15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, mexican style, undrained

Recipe Directions for Taco Filling

Cook turkey, bell pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is cooked through. Add water and taco seasoning, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat. After abou 2 minutes, add black beans and tomatoes and simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
