A layered Taco Dip to enjoy for a snack or eat it with a salad as dinner :)

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Dip

48 ounce refried beans
29 ounces stewed tomatoes
1 cup frozen white corn
6 ounces black olives
1 large onion chopped
16 ounces light sour cream
16 ounces cheddar cheese
12 ounces green taco sauce

Recipe Directions for Taco Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Spread the beans in the bottom of a large casserole dish.

  3. Layer chopped stewed tomatoes, corn, onion, olives and corn.

  4. Add small spoonful's of sour cream across the top of the casserole.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese across the top.

  6. Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

  8. Top with green taco sauce and eat with corn chips.
