the bean portions are 15.5 oz cans, but for some reason it wouldn't come up correctly in the analyzer so I had to estimate grams based on the nutrition information on the cans

1 lb. ground beef
120 grams pinto beans
400 grams light red kidney beans
1 taco seasoning
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c ketchup
1 can tomato soup

mix all ingredients together and put in slow cooker for 6-8 hours Add a cup of water if needed.
