Recipe Ingredients for Taco chili

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
15 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can green chilies
15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans
1 1/2 cups black beans
1 1/2 cups pinto beans
1 1/2 cups white beans
1 oz. taco seasoning
2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
2 tsp cumin
16 oz frozen corn

Recipe Directions for Taco chili

  1. Saute garlic, onions and celery with the ground turkey.

  2. Add tomato sauce, green chilies, diced tomatoes and beans.

  3. Stir in taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins.

  4. Add frozen corn and simmer another 15 minutes.

  5. Serving size 1/2 cup
