15 oz Beans
16 oz Salsa
8 oz. frozen corn
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
15 oz diced tomatoes
2 jalapeno peppers
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Taco Chicken Bowls (From BudgetBytes)

  1. Drain the black beans or prepare them yourself. Dump everything into slow cooker except for cilantro and cook on low. After 8 hours you have yourself spicy awesome chickeny slop.

  2. Poke everything with a fork until the chicken shreds and serve over rice. Add cheese to the type if you like
