Recipe Ingredients for TACO Casserole

16 oz Beef Sirloin
8 oz Macaroni
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
10.75 oz Tomato Soup
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
1.25 oz Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
2 oz Cheddar Cheese
2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz Baked! Tortilla Chips
4 oz Sour Cream Light
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for TACO Casserole

Preheat oven @ 350. Cook Pasta and drain. Brown meat and yellow onions over med heat. Mix in tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Simmer for 10 min. Stir in pasta. Spoon Pasta/Meat mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and crumbled tortilla chips on top. Cook for 30 min or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Dice green onions and put on top, serve with sourcream.
