Recipe Ingredients for Taco Casserole

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz Whole Grain Rotini
10 3/4 oz Tomato Soup
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 oz Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
1/2 cup Taco Cheese Finely Shredded
8 oz Bite Size Rounds Tortilla Chips
14 1/2 oz. whole kernel corn

Recipe Directions for Taco Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain. In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef w/ chopped onion until browned. Drain. Stir in soup, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and pasta. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into casserole dish. Crush tortilla chips and sprinkle over mixture. Spread remaining mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
