Recipe Ingredients for Taco Casserole

2 lbs ground beef
6 oz black olives
30 oz refried beans
2 1/2 oz taco seasoning
29 oz can tomato sauce
17 oz Doritos
2 lbs Colby Jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Taco Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Brown ground beef and drain.

  3. Add refried beans,olives, tomato sauce, taco seasoning. Mix together.

  4. Pour mixture into casserole dish over Doritos. Spread evenly.

  5. Layer Doritos on the top of mixture. Evenly spread cheddar cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
