My mom's taco casserole. Not the healthiest, but definitely scrummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Casserole

16 oz of lean ground beef
10 1/2 oz of cream of mushroom soup
16 oz of enchilada sauce
16 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz of tortilla chips (crumbled)
4 1/4 oz Chopped Olives

Recipe Directions for Taco Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain off any excess liquids.

  3. Grease a standard sized casserole dish with Pam.

  4. Put the ground beef and the rest of the ingredients (except the cheese) in the casserole dish and mix together thoroughly.

  5. Spread the shredded cheese on top of the mixture and put in the oven until cooked through.
