Recipe Ingredients for taco casserole

32 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
32 oz Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
3 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
4 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
2 cup Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
15 oz Corn Chips, Plain
16 oz Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
1 cup, chopped(160 g) Onions
16 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for taco casserole

Brown meats with onion and bell pepper. Drain and add remaining ingredients except for chips and cheese. Layer chips on the bottom of 2 casserole pans. Pour mixture over chips. Spread cheese over mixture. Heat through until cheese is melted.
