Recipe Ingredients for Taco Casserole w/ Pork

8 each Corn Tortillas
3 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 cup Coriander Leaves
0.25 cup, sliced Onions
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
6 small Radishes
1 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
1 cup, diced Pork, Fresh, Shoulder, Whole
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Taco Casserole w/ Pork

  1. Make Pesto in Blender with all ingredients except pork, tortilla, cheese and pinto beans.

  2. Layer in pan with tortilla sauce beans and finish layers (3). Top with Cheese
