Easy taco casserole that has been 'healthified' a little.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Casserole - Healthified

16 oz Ground Turkey
15 oz Spicy Hot Chili Beans
8 oz All Natural Mild Salsa
6 oz Light Sour Cream
6 oz Mild Cheddar
4 oz Bite Size Rounds Tortilla Chips

Recipe Directions for Taco Casserole - Healthified

Preheat oven to 350. Brown turkey. Drain. Add chili beans and salsa. Cook on medium until boiling. Put lightly crushed tostitos in the bottom of an ungreased 2 qt casserole. Top with turkey mixture. Spread sour cream over turkey mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. To serve you can add lettuce, tomatoes and additional tostitos.
