Recipe Ingredients for Taco Cabbage soup

16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 head Cabbage
2.5 oz Seasoning Mix
6 stalks Celery
16 oz Restaurant Style Salsa
48 oz Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice
2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
7 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
12 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Taco Cabbage soup

  1. Brown beef, drain.

  2. Put beef back in pan and add seasoning.

  3. Saute Green peppers, green onions, and celery with beef.

  4. Add salsa, V8 Juice, and water.

  5. Simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
