Recipe Ingredients for Taco Bean "soup"

15 oz Black Beans, Organic
16 oz Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
16 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
16 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 can (303 x 406) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
30 oz Diced with Garlic Tomatoes Fire Roasted
5 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 oz 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 oz Ranch

Recipe Directions for Taco Bean "soup"

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet, drain. Rinse and drain all beans and add to a crock pot set on low. Add to beans canned corn and tomatoes, liquids and solids. Add in seasoning packets and beef, stir to combine. Allow to heat in crock pot until it reaches your desired temperature. Serve as is or with your favorite toppings.

  2. * I like a some chopped avacado. The husband and kids like tortilla chips, cheese and ranch dressing on top.

  3. *Also, to cut back on sodium I have made my own taco seasoning as following: 1 tablespoon chili powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or 1/8 tsp ground red pepper)

  7. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  8. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. 1 teaspoon black pepper
