This is a great tabuelleh dish but does not have parsley like traditional tabuelleh.

Recipe Ingredients for Tabulleh - No Parsley

2 green onions
2 roma tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
2 oz. feta cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 pinch salt
3 serving Bulgur Wheat - Heartland - 1/4 c

Recipe Directions for Tabulleh - No Parsley

  1. Soak bulghur as directed on the package.

  2. Chop and add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Chill
