Recipe Ingredients for Tabuleh

1/2 cup bulgur
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup mint, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onions, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Tabuleh

  1. Prepare bulgur following the directions on the package.

  2. In a large bowl add the cooled bulgur, parsley, lemon juice, mint, tomatoes, and onions.

  3. Mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly incorperated. Let sit 30 minutes and than add the olive oil and re-toss.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
