Recipe Ingredients for Tabouli

1 cup Bulgur Wheat
0.5 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium Cucumber
4 oz Italian Parsley
4 oz Mint
8 olives Large Pitted Olives

Recipe Directions for Tabouli

  1. Add 1.5 cups boiling water to 1 cup bulgar wheat in a large bowl.

  2. Let sit for 20 min. Then add .5 cup lemon juice and .5 cup extra curtsy olive oil. Mix thoroughly with fork.

  3. Let sit for 40 min.

  4. Then add peeled, chopped cucumber, and the chopped fine parsley and cupped fine mint, and chopped pitted olives. Mix.

  5. Refrigerate overnight. Serve in a romaine lettuce leaf as a wrap.
