Mixture of fresh ingredients with zesty flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for Tabouli

1 cup couscous
1 1/2 cups chopped green onion
2 cups chopped fresh tomato
4 cups chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tabouli

  1. Soak one cup couscous in 2 cups of boiling water. Allow to sit until all water is absorbed. Fluff with fork.

  2. Chop vegetables and toss everything together with olive oil and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps well. Serve as salad side dish or in a warm wrap.
