Recipe Ingredients for TABOULI

1 cup Bulgur Wheat
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried mint
1/8 tsp fresh black pepper
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 cup cucumber
2 medium tomato, diced
1 1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup feta

Recipe Directions for TABOULI

  1. 1. Combine Bulghar, boiling water and salt in a bowl. Cover and let stand 15-20 minutes, or until bulghar is chewable.

  2. 2. Add lemon juice, garlic, oil and mint, and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate 2-3 hours

  3. 3. Just before serving add the vegetables and mix gently. Correct seasonings
