My favorite cold tabouli salad recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Tabouli

2 cups bulgur, dry
1 cup tomato
1 cup cucumber
1 cup red onion
1 cup parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tabouli

  1. boil 4 cups of water and then add the bulgar, reduce heat and mix well. Let sit.

  2. Finely chop parsley, dice the other vegetables, mix together with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

  3. Fluff bulgar with fork, mix in vegetable mix. Refrigerate and serve cold.
