Recipe Ingredients for Tabouli & Mint

2 cup raw bulgur wheat
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cucumbers
2 tomato
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
