Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh (Scott's)

8 cups parsley
1 cup Premium Bulghur Wheat
1 large onion
1 large tomato
4 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh (Scott's)

Remove parsley stems and chop leaves finely in a food processor. Dice onion and tomato. Combine all ingredients, mix well and cover over night (bulghur absorbs moisture and softens. Salt to taste.
