Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh Salad

2 cup Premium Bulghur Wheat
4 cup Parsley
8 oz Mint
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
4 clove Garlic
8 oz Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh Salad

  1. Cook bulghur as directed.

  2. Mince parsley, mint and garlic.

  3. Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and scallion.

  4. Whisk lemon juice, oil and salt

  5. Add all ingredients to wheat, stir well.
