Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh salad

1 cup bulgur wheat
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
1 3/4 cups of parsley, shredded
4 plum tomatoes, diced (about a cup)
4 scallions, very finely cut
2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped small
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh salad

  1. boil the bulgur in the water with the salt and simmer for appx 10-12 min

  2. mix with everything else that is solid

  3. mix with lemons juice and olive oil

  4. super you are done
