Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh

2 cup Parsley
2 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
91 grams Bulgur, Cooked
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh

Rinse bulgur. Pour 1/4 cup lemon juice over bulgur. Chop all produce. Mix remaining lemon juice and oil. Mix bulgur and veggies. Dress and toss.
