Grain mixed with mint, tomatoes and a dressing of lemon juice and olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh

1 cup Bulgur, dry
2 cups water, boiling
3 tomatoes,diced
2 cups parsley, minced
1 cup fresh mint, minced
1 onion, sweet, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh

Pour 2 cups boiling water over Bulgur and let sit for 30 minutes. Dice tomato. Mince mint, parsley, and onion. Whisk together lemon juice and olive oil. When Bulgur is ready drain and press out excess liquid. Add tomato and minced ingredients. Stir in dressing. Set aside to marry flavors.
