Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh

3/4 cup bulgur wheat
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp pimento
1 cucumber, peeled, sliced, seeded, and chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 large tomato, chopped
60 grams chopped black olives
1 1/2 tbsp capers
1 tsp dill

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh

  1. Mix bulgur with 1 1/4 cup boiling water. Let sit in refrigerator 1 hour to rehydrate.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
