Great middle eastern salad. Add chickpeas or cucumber if you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh

2 cups parsley, chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
3/8 cup bulgur wheat, raw (3/4 cup cooked)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh

Cook bulgur in equal amount water. Cool, and mix everything together.
