Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh

0.5 cup Quinoa
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
15 cherry Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 clove Garlic
1 oz Mint
1 oz Oregano
0.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh

  1. Make dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mint, oregano.

  2. Quinoa: cook and cool. Add chopped veggies and feta. Stir in dressing.
