Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh

1 1/2 cups Bulgur Wheat
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 serving Lite Mixture Salt
1 cup tomato, diced
6 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh

Place bulgur (cracked wheat) in bowl, pour 2 cups water over it and let stand 1 hour. In large bowl, use wooden spoon to gently mix together all ingredients except lemon juice and oil. Add lemon juice and chill 1 hour. Before serving, toss again with olive oil. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves or in pita bread pockets. May add cucumber if desired.
